I started my journalism career in college. I was active in Hayamwuruk, a students’ press organization in Faculty of Letters, University of Diponegoro.

In 2002, a few months before my graduation, I got a job at Lintas Khatulistiwa tabloid, a monthly environmental tabloid based in Semarang. I worked there for about a year.

Then I got a job as a correspondent for Gatra news magazine for Semarang area. I was placed in Semarang for about six months.

On July 2003, I got a call to move to Jakarta. Since then I’ve been a repoter for Gatra in Jakarta.

Occasionally, I also translate or edit books for publishers. My translation of Birdman, a novel published by Dastan Books is already available in book stores.

Update: Just got another info from Pustaka Primatama publishing. Gideon’s Spies: The Secret History of Mossad was already launched (August 2008). I was the editor of the Indonesian version.
